Meet Lucia (Founder Story)

Hi, I’m Lucia, founder of Link Virtual Assistance and mum of two wonderful little humans who teach me more about time management than any productivity book ever could.

I started this business in 2021 during maternity leave. At first, it was just me, figuring out how to help small business owners stay on top of admin without drowning in it. Within months, I realised two things:

I loved it. Organisation, planning, and problem-solving come naturally to me.
There were so many amazing entrepreneurs out there who needed reliable support but didn’t know where to find it.

Fast forward to today, Link Virtual Assistance is a team of dedicated, sector-specific VAs. We’re mums, professionals, creatives, and organisers at heart, but above all, we’re partners who care about your business almost as much as you do.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing hide-and-seek with my kids, trying new recipes, or sneaking in short walks to clear my head. (Because yes, balance is important here too!)
