Hi, I’m Lucia, the founder of Link Virtual Assistance and mum to two wonderful little humans who have taught me more about time management than any productivity book ever could.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and have over 10 years of experience as a classroom teacher, specialising in Mathematics and Physics. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Planning and Management, and I’m genuinely excited about deepening my skills so I can support clients with even greater clarity, structure, and strategy.
Link Virtual Assistance began in 2021 during my maternity leave. What started as a solo venture quickly grew into something more meaningful. I discovered that organisation, planning, and problem-solving come naturally to me, and that many brilliant business owners were overwhelmed by admin and unsure where to find reliable, trustworthy support.
Today, Link Virtual Assistance is a growing team of dedicated, sector-specific Virtual Assistants. We are mums, professionals, creatives, and organisers at heart. Most importantly, we are partners who care deeply about your business and take pride in helping it run smoothly behind the scenes.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing hide-and-seek with my kids, trying out new recipes, or squeezing in short walks to reset and recharge. (Because yes, balance is important here, too!)
