Meet Lucia, Founder of Link Virtual Assistance
Hi, I am Lucia. Mum of two, former classroom teacher of 10+ years, and the founder of Link Virtual Assistance.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Planning and Management. Organisation, planning, and problem-solving come naturally to me, and they shape how the whole team works.
I started Link Virtual Assistance in 2021 during maternity leave. What began as a side project quickly grew into something bigger. Business owners kept telling me the same thing: they were drowning in admin and could not find support they trusted.
Today, Link Virtual Assistance is a team of trained VAs supporting founders across the UK, US, and beyond. We work with business owners in education, healthcare, and service industries who deserve their time back.

How does onboarding work?
After your free intro call, we send a short form to capture your tools, priorities, and preferences. Within 5 working days, your team is set up and ready to take on the first tasks. We start small, build trust, and grow from there.
What time zones does the team cover?
Our team works across UK and East Africa hours, with overlap covering most US business hours. If you need specific coverage, tell us on the intro call and we will match team members to your schedule.
Will my information stay confidential?
Yes. We never share client data and follow HIPAA-compliant practices for healthcare clients.
What if someone on the team is sick or on leave?
Because we work as a team, another team member steps in seamlessly. Your work continues without a gap. You always have a clear point of contact, and the rest of the team supports them behind the scenes.
Do unused hours roll over?
Up to 2 unused hours roll into the next month on any retainer package. Hours beyond that reset at the start of each billing cycle.
How do I cancel or change my package?
Email us 14 days before your renewal date. Switch up, switch down, or pause any time. No long contracts. No cancellation fees.
Can I try before I commit?
Yes. Book a paid 5-hour trial block for $100 / £75 before committing to a monthly retainer. This lets us prove the fit before either side commits long-term.
What if I do not know what to delegate?
Bring a brain dump to your intro call, even if it is messy. We help you sort, prioritise, and pick the right starting point. Most clients realise they have more to delegate than they thought.
