I’m Lucia, and I am so excited you are here.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved helping people. It’s just who I am. Whether it was explaining a tricky maths problem to a student (I hold a bachelors degree in education), or making sure everything was running smoothly in my daily life, I’ve always been the person who keeps things organized and under control.

In 2021, life took me on a new adventure. I was on maternity leave, soaking up all the baby cuddles, when I came across something called virtual assistance. At first, I was just curious. But the more I read about it, the more I thought, “Wait… this is me!” I love organizing, I love making people’s lives easier, and I’m great at managing time. It felt like a perfect fit.

With a newborn in my arms and determination in my heart, I built my business from the ground up. I learned, experimented, and slowly started working with business owners who were drowning in admin work. My skills as a teacher, being highly organized, managing time efficiently, and simplifying complex tasks, became my greatest strengths in this new journey.

Now, as a Virtual Assistant, I get to do what I love most.

We’ll start with a free 30-minute discovery call to discuss your business needs and how I can support you. After the call, you can take advantage of my introductory offer: 5 hours of services in the first week for just $50. This allows you to experience how I work and decide if we’re the right fit for a long-term partnership.

Once the 5-hour trial is complete and you’re ready to proceed, I’ll send you a contract outlining our agreement along with the first invoice for 50% payment. After that’s settled, you’ll provide me with any necessary information and access to your systems. From there, I’ll dive in and begin working on your tasks, keeping you updated every step of the way.

I offer flexible pricing options to suit your needs:

  • Hourly Rate: $30/hour
  • 10-Hour Package: $250/month
  • 20-Hour Package: $400/month
  • 40-Hour Package: $600/month

Payment Schedule: Payments are made every two weeks, 50% at the start of the month and the remaining 50% midway through (after 15 days).

Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal or Remitly for your convenience.

Unused Hours: Any unused hours will be carried over to the following month, up to a maximum of 2 hours.

To stay organized and ensure deadlines are met, I manage tasks using ClickUp. This tool helps me prioritize and track progress, ensuring every task is completed efficiently and on time.

Yes, I’m open to one-time projects. For projects that can be completed within 5 hours, my rate is $30 per hour. If your project requires more than 5 hours, I’ll create a custom package tailored to your needs. This flexibility ensures you get the support you need, whether it’s a short-term task or something more extensive.
